Age 64, passed away on June 24th, 2014. He was born on November 27th, 1949 in Wilmington, Delaware, son of the late Vincent R. Riley and Margie Ann Perkins. Preceded and death by one Sister Malinda Perkins and three Brothers Larry Riley, Mathew and Robert Perkins. Vincent B. Riley worked as a labor in New Castle, DE. He loved music (especially jazz), reading (current events were his favorite), cooking, gardening, sports (Phillies was his team), dancing and spending time with family and friends. He received his early education in Delaware public educational school system. Vincent B. Riley was lovingly known as "Brother" in the Southbridge community and "Uncle Quack", by his nieces and nephews. Vincent B. Riley leaves to cherish his memories, one daughter Keenesha Malinda Miller; three grandchildren Shukerah Nicole Turner, Khadirah Aliyah Jones and Rhashad Ali Jones; One great-grandchild Amir Savon Turner (which he loving nicknamed "Chooch"); son-in-law Rohan W. Miller; a devoted friend Linda Polk; sisters Ruth Grimes and Hattie "Zudie" Perkins, brothers Dennis & Gary Riley; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
