Victor Joseph Stafford, of Wilmington, DE, son of the late William C. Stafford and Frances P. Stafford, was born on April 12, 1945 and departed this life on August 15, 2004 at Christiana Hospital. He is Survived by 3 children, Larry and Valisa Bailey, and Victoria Britt, all of New Castle, DE; 3 sisters, Carol S. Wright and Debra Stafford of Wilmington and Donella Hodges (L.B.) of Stone Mountain, Georgia; 1 brother Darryl Price of Wilmington DE; 9 grandchildren; and a host of aunts, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
