Shirley G. Ward was born in Salisbury, MD on March 6, 1951 to Elwood J. Hudson and Mary E. Shockley.
She worked for Christiana Care and Bayada Home Health Care as a Home Health Care Aide for many years. She had a love for friends and family. Her favorite saying was "and things".
Shirley transitioned from this life on Friday, March 6, 2020.
She was preceded in death by her mother Mary E. Shockley and her father Elwood J. Hudson.
Shirley is survived by: her husband, Terrance Ward, 3 sons: Kenneth Shockley, Demond Ward, and Levon Ward; 2 daughters: Chanelle Shockley and Terri Ward; 22 grandchildren, 21 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers: Elwood J. Hudson (Brenda), Darnell Miller, and David Miller; and 2 sisters: Phillis Burris (Kevin) and Shaleeh Miller.
