Shelagh Mccluney Parks

Age 42 of New Castle, DE went home to be with the Lord on Thursday, January 15, 2004 at the Christiana Hospital. A graduate of P.S. DuPont High School class of 78', she went on to earn her Bachelor of Arts degree in government from Smith College in Northampton, MA. Upon graduation, she worked at various sites as a librarian before becoming a devoted homemaker and mother. She is survived by her devoted husband of 20 years, Mark Parks; daughter, JaNae Parks; her father, Amos B. McCluney , Jr; mother, Georgia McCluney; brother, Amos B.
