Shannon Lamotte Matthews

Shannon was the son of the late Bernadette Matthews Harris. He was born April 7, 1996 in Wilmington, Delaware and a was a graduate of Wilmington High School. He leaves to cherish his memories, Father Reginald(Reggie) Harris. he was a devoted father to Willis Brown, III and Tara Brown; brother Dion W. Matthews, Sr. of Wilmington, DE., Vernon and James Harris of New York; sister Arlanda Matthews; a special sister, Linda D.
