Sarah passed on Tuesday, Sept.. 22 at Nanticoke Hospital in Seaford, DE.
Sarah was preceded in death by her parents Seaphas and Maggie Elizabeth Foote; siblings, Pansy Johnson, Allen and Stephen Foote.
Sarah leaves fond memories with 4 sisters, Shirley Cofer, Sandra Foote, Joann Foote and Bobbie Foote-Page and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins other family and friends.
