Ruth B. Legette-Harper, age 64, passed away suddenly on February 16, 2016 at CCMC with her niece Felicia Cleveland-Dean by her side. Ruth touched the lives of so many and always willing to help when called upon.
Ruth is predeceased by her parents, Roosevelt Legette, Sr., Ruth D. Legette and her sister, Pearline Legette-Craig.
Ruth is survived by her devoted husband, Jesse L Harper, Jr.,4 sisters: Rosemary Cleveland (Grover, Sr. deceased), Verna Purvis (Pate), Shirley Owens (Herbert) and Hazel Legette; 2 brothers: Keever Crawford (Angela) and Roosevelt Legette, Jr. (Lisa), one adopted brother, Gary Rogers, Jr., 5 sister-in-laws, 2 brother-in-laws and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
