Rudolph Bernard Johnson, Jr., affectionately known as “BO”, began his life on June 5, 1971 to the parenting of Estella Slaton and the late Rudolph B. Johnson, Sr. He was called home to be with the lord on June 19, 2026, at his residence in Claymont, Delaware.
“Bo” was born and raised in Atlanta, Georgia, where he received his early childhood education from Forrest Hill Elementary School, then later in life he graduated from Columbia High School in 1992. After completing high school, he worked as a custodian at Georgia Power Electric Company in which he was employed for three years.
Bo participated in special Olympics where he won several gold medals. He loved going out and spending time with his family. He loved going to his day program where he was able to spend time with friends outside in the community. He enjoyed bowling, mini golf, and going to the movies. Bo also definitely loved to watch his favorite shows “Duke of Hazzard” and “The Heat of The Night.”
Bo was preceded in death by his father, Rudolph B. Johnson, Sr.
He leaves to cherish his memory his mother, Estella Slaton, sisters, Tina Slaton, Breda Slaton, and Lawanda Johnson, brothers, Tobias and Brandon Johnson, nieces, Tacora S. Harris, Iceteillay Slaton, and Kearra Slaton, nephew, Remington Steele, four great nieces, and four great nephews, and a host of other family and friends.
