Roxie Purnell was born January 30, 1936 and went home to be with the Lord on February, 14, 2018. She was raised in Jamestown, Virginia and attended elementary and high school there. She is preceded in death by her parents and son Robby Bowser. She leaves to cherish her memories, husband Herbert Purnell; son Keith(Janelle) Purnell, daughters Loretta Browne and Patricia Tull; grandchildren Isaiah and Donisha Purnell, Zina DeShields, Gregory Duffy, Derrick Tull, Tykisha Tull and Richard, Timothy and Lenora Browne.
