Claymont, Wilmington, DE. Viewing will be 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM. Roscoe leaves to cherish his memory, his devoted wife, Vinola Chambers-Brown. He was previously united with Shirley Jackson Brown and four children were born, Roscoe Jr.(Pat), Tameka (Eddie), Mark and Eric all of Wilmington, DE; step-daughter, Lisa and step-son, Byron. 12 brothers and sisters, John BT (Ida), Ozell (Aldrather), Wilbur (Shirley), Sallie M., Rebecca Lee, Clifton (Syvonya), Marion (Wayne), Joseph, Josiah, Maryalice Webster, Nolan Spencer and Reggie Cooper (Deborah); 18 grands, 11 great grands and a host of nieces, nephews, relatives and friends.
