Robert Washington, age 61, passed away on July 11, 2009 in the Wilmington Hospital. Son of the late Rev. Dennis Washington, Sr. and Virginia P. Washington. Survived by his sister, Delores P. Smith (Joseph) and brother, Dennis Washington, Jr. (Lois). Preceded in death by his brothers, Rev. Carlton H. Parker and George T. Parker.
