Robert L. "Chops" Harper, Sr. Of Wilmington, DE, age 78, passed on Saturday, August 6, 2011 at Regency Nursing Home surrounded by his family. Preceding him in death was his wife Ardella V. and sons Robert Jr. and John E. Harper. Father of William (Lynette) Cooper, Bruce and Tyrone (Donna) Harper, daughters Ione (Norman) Harper, Shelly (James) Harper-Barrett and Carla (Theron) Queen, 18 grandchildren and 25 great-grandchildren; devoted friends Carolyn Short, Harold Long and his HCP (Odyessy) Heather Smith and a host of other family and friends.
