Robert Leander Reed of Porthsmouth, VA, age 78 passed, Wed. Dec. 19, 2007 at home. Mr. Reed was a retired teacher from the Portsmouth School System. He is survived by his wife of 50 years, Kathleen S. Reed; 1 son, Robert D. Reed, 3 daughters, Angela Reed Carter, Shirley Reed McKinney, and Karla E. Reed; 4 grandchildren; 2 sisters, devoted nephew, William reed; friends Dorothy Mourning and Keith Jordan and other family members and friends.
