Sunrise 06/23/1940- Sunset 01/30/2013 Rita was born on the Islands of St. Thomas U.S. Virgin Islands. She spent one-third of her life on the Islands of St. Thomas, then one-third as a New Yorker, and finally one-third as a Delawarean. Rita is survived by her 8 children, grandchildren, great-grands, sisters, brother, nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great- nephews and a host of other family members and friends.
