Rickey a loving husband, father, son, brother, grandfather and friend is survived by his wife Mia Conaway Howell; sons Richard, Rickey J. and Cordero; daughter Ashley;mother Roberta Howell; brothers Hallowed, Gilbert, Keith and Ronnie; 2 grandchildren tyree Howell and Kiya Spencer; sisters Sheila, Roberta, Geridetta, Tameka and Elaine; 3 sisters-in-law; 5 brothers-in-law; and 2 aunts, Ruth Moody and Addie Howell Robinson. he also had a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.
