Age 82 of NewCastle, DE passed away Thursday, March 25, 2004, at the Shipley Manor Nursing Home. Born in Southern Pine, NC. Mr. Blue came to DE in 1938. He retired from Zallea Brothers after 33 years of service. He was a veteran of World War II and a member of Bethel AME Church. He is survived by his sons, Richard E. Blue, Jr. of New Castle, DE and Reginald Hill (Nancy) of Chicago, IL. Mr. Blue is also survived by 2 sisters Marie Hunter and Elizabeth Jaminson, both of Wilmington, DE; 3 grandchildren, Richard E.
