Quietly and peacefully on Wednesday morning, April 18, 2007 in the Veterans Hospital, God gently closed the eyes of our beloved son and brother. Ralph was born to Reuben Moss and the late Estella Shorter on February 14, 1946 in Wilmington, DE. He leaves to cherish his memory, his father, Reuben Moss, three sisters, Brenda Harrison, Barbara A.
