She was preceded in death by her parents and husband.
Phyllis leaves to cherish her memory, 3 children; 2 son-in-laws; 3 grandchildren; 4 great-grandchildren; 2 brothers; 1 uncle and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
A Memorial Service will be held on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at 10 am at The Ramada, 260 Chapman Rd., Newark, DE.
