Percival Augustus Downs born June 12, 1922 in St. Ann Jamaica, a long time resident of Wilmington, DE, moved on to be with the Lord on December 16, 2008. He is survived by his wife, Eliza Downs of 54 years of marriage; 7 children, Collin, Bosie, Thelma, Joyce, Melton, Mackey and John; 29 grand children and 25 great grandchildren. Funeral services will be at 4:00 PM on Sunday, December 21, 2008 at The House of Wright Mortuary, 208 E. 35th St., Wilmington, DE. Viewing 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
