Age 68 of Rocky Mt., NC died Thursday, December 25, 2003 at Nash General Hospital. She was born March 29, 1935 in Halifax County, the daughter of the late Willie H. and Josephine L. Wiggins. She is survived by her daughter, Carla Y. McWilliams; and a host of family and friends, She was preceded in death by a daughter, Kim McWilliams; and a son, Carlton McWilliams.
