Oscar passed peacefully on May 17, 2016, at Christiana Hospital.
Shorty is survived by his wife of 49 years, Leola Wright and two daughters, Michelle Wright, and Marcella (Randy) Wright-Ivory, three brothers, two sisters, two grandchildren, and a host of other family and friends.
