Age 66 of Wilmington, DE died Wednesday, November 19, 2003, at home. Melvin was born February 17, 1937 in Wilmington, DE to the late Kathryn and Noah Daniels, III. He was educated in the Wilmington Public Schools. He served in the U. S. Airforce. He worked in various jobs in the Wilmington area. He is survived by his children, Robert, Melvin, Wayne, Sylvester Selby, Steven Hackett, John Daniels, John Wright of Wilmington, DE and Patricia Lockett of Chicago, IL, Karen Flowers and Valerie Taylor of Wilmington, DE; 2 sisters, Janet Fountaine and Beatirce Steele; 4 daughter-in-laws; 3 sons-in-law; 1 brother-in-law; 30 grandchildren; 6 great grandchildren; 1 niece; 2 nephews; a devoted cousin, Ethel Daniels; and a devoted friend, Honoria Joyner and a host of relatives and friends.
