Mary J. Brisco "Janey" passed away peacefully at home April 14, 2009. She was born on April 6, 1949 in Wilmington to John and Pinkie Thomas. She is survived by Clarence Brisco and two children, Yvette and Xavier Brisco; also two grandson's, Loile and Attila Brisco along with a great granddaughter Andrea Rose. She has five sisters, Merelyn Cooper, Ernestine Watson, Patricia Green, Jacqueline Normand and Faye Vaughn; a host of nieces, nephews and cousins.
