Mark Jose Carter "Booster" departed this life June 7, 2011 at his home in Wilmington, DE after a battle with lung cancer. He will be greatly missed and leaves to preserve and cherish his memory his loving wife, Lucinda; his daughter, Jazmine Allen; stepdaughter, Janetta Randolph (Triandos), his parents, Gertrude and Jack Carter; 3 sisters, 4 brothers and a host of aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and other family members and friends.
