Lavern R. Davis of the Horizon House on Wilson Road in Wilmington, DE age 65, passed away suddenly on September 25, 2008 in Christiana Hospital. He was born October 17, 1942 to the late Mildred Thompson and James R. Davis. He was preceded in death by 2 brothers, James Barkley and Roger Davis. He is survived by 2 brothers, Sorden Davis (Cozalene) and William Davis (Valerie); 4 sisters, Sylvia Bailey (Rev. John), Valerie Davis, Cheryl Dupree (Carlos) and Martina Hagler (Lewis); devoted niece, Kimburly Murray (Dana) and a host of other relatives and friends.
