Julia passed on November 18, 2017. Julia is predeceased by her daughter Michelle, leaves to mourn her childen Carla, Earl, Wilnette, Dwight,and Jewel, 13 grandchilden and a host of other family and friends. All services will be held privately. The family ask for contributions to be made to Heartland Hospice 5661 Ocheltree Lane, Wilmington, DE 19808 in honor of Julia.
