Age 81, passed away suddenly at St. Francis Hospital, on Wednesday, February 9, 2005. Her husband, J.B. Brice passed away in January 2000. Josephine is survived by her sister, Susie Price Stephens; her nieces, Carol S. Wright, Debra E. Stafford, Paula Stepehens; and nephew Darryl T.
