Joseph Henry Newman

Age 84 passed in the Veterans Hospital. Joseph Henry Newman, Sr. was born in Belvedere, DE to Rose and Robert Newman. Joseph was the last survivor of 9 children from that union. Joseph worked as a school custodian for the State of Delaware and retired from that position. He served in the Army Air Corp from 1943 until 1945 Cherishing his memory is his wife of 61 years, Alice; his sons, Joseph, Jr., and James and his step-daughter, Phyllis Faulkner; several grandchildren; great grandchildren; great-great grandchildren; as well as several nieces and nephews.
