fell asleep in death on March 5, 2015 surrounded by his loving family at Seasons Hospice. John was born to the late Dishon and Beridah Akala in Nakuru, Kenya. He is survived by his wife, Donna Akala; sons, Isaya and Shivonje Akala; daughter, Beridah Akala; stepsons, Brounche and Hasani Green.
