Bro. Joe Louis Redden was born August 22, 1938 to the late Loucis Redden and Clyder Smith-Redden. He departed his physical life, peacefully on March 17, 2005 after a long illness. He leaves to cherish his wife Dorothy Smith-Redden; his 3 sons, Terrance Geray Redden, Joe Anthony Redden, Turhan Louis Redden, all of Wilmington, DE; 3 daughters, Clydette Lachelle Redden, Latonya Chantel Redden-Booker, also from Wilmington, DE, Aretha Rachelle Redden- monroe of Baltimore, MD; 12 grandchildren; his youngest and only living sibling, sister; Idaree Redden-Damon of Plainfield, NJ; mother-in-law, Elloree Smith; 4 brothers-in-law; 4 sisters-in-law; a host of nieces and nephews; family and friends.
