Joan Delores Chandler

Age 54 of Wilmington, DE died on Tuesday, August 19, 2003 at Wilmington Hospital. Joan was the daughter of the late Heston R. Chandler, Sr., and Lucy Virginia Stacks. She leaves behind 1 daughter, Linda Butcher; son-in-law, Clarence Butcher, II; grandson Junad Butcher; and granddaughter, Keira Butcher. Other survivors include her brother, RobertChandler; aunt, Della Brown; cousin.
