James William Spencer

James went home to be with the Lord and his sister, Mildred Dodson, his brother, Joseph B. Dodson; children; Willie A. Canty, Sr.,"Brother", Roland F. Douglas, Sallie Byrd and the love of his life, his long time companion Margaret "Mousie" Douglas. He leaves to cherish his memory his children: Chnell Douglas, Joan Davis, Marcia Cole, Gregory Douglas, Rosemary Lowther, Claudette Sherwood, Claudia Harris, Ernest Demonia, Eva Mae(Tina) and Bradley; two sisters Nannie Mae of Youngstown, Ohio and Nellie Leach of Chester, PA; one brother, Robert Lee Dodson of Wilmington, DE.; one daughter-in-law, Louise Demonia; one son-in-law, Frank Lowther; a devoted friend, Sam Shepard and a host of grandchildren, great-grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
