Jim, transitioned into eternity on Saturday, November 7, 2020. He is preceded by his beloved wife Tanya Taylor, his parents James Sr., and Beatrice Taylor.
He is survived by 2 siblings Barbara Byrd and Doris Johnson (Herbert), along with many nieces and nephews.
A gravesite memorial will be held on Wednesday, December 2, 2020 at 2PM, at the VA Memorial Cemetery 2465 Chesapeake City Rd, Bear DE.
