Age 64 of Wilmington, DE passed away on March 16, 2005 in Christiana Hospital. He is predeceased by two daughters Tina L.and Susan A. Lewis. He leaves to cherish his memory, wife Irene, children Elizabeth A. Lewis-Smith, Howard A. Lewis, Jr., James A. Lewis and the late Lisa V.
