Hazel M. Rochester-Taylor

She was born on August 22, 1926 to the late Percy and Maggie Seals of Banclay, Maryland. She retired from the Delaware State Hospital in the 1980's. She was a member of the Coleman United Methodist Church for many years and was a member of the United Methodist Women. She is survived by 2 sons; Alfred(Betty) and Howard B. Rochester; 1 daughter, Alfreda V. Rochester; 5 grandchildren; Mechelle, Clifton and Alfred Rochester, Jr., Kenyetta Blakes, Bernard Meades; 3 brothers, William, Tom snd Ocsar Seals; 2 sisters, Ruth Millen and Evalena Burke.
