Hattie Belle. Witcher was born on June 4, 1958 in Wilmington, Delaware to late Aaron L. Ward & Jean G. Washington. Hattie departed this life on June 29, 2026 at the Christiana Hospital surrounded by her loving Husband, her sons and her family.
Hattie was raised with love, strength, and respect for others. From a young age, she displayed a vibrant spirit, a kind heart, and a natural motherly love that brought joy to those around her.
