Hardy B. Eafford passed on June 24, 2016. He was born February 12, 1949 to the late Elester and Jessie Eafford.
Hardy graduated from Howard High School. He was a member of the International Longshoreman Association 1694 for over 30 years.
Hardy enjoyed playing cards, listening to music while dancing with his friends and was a skilled carpenter.
Hardy was preceded in death by his parents Elester and Jessie Eafford, siblings David Sapp, Elester Eafford, Ike Eafford, Alice Eafford; special step-granddaughter Sharon M. Henry and Audrey (William) Henry.
Hardy leaves to cherish his memory a beloved friend, Lila Henry and three step-daughters; Annette, Deborah and Sharon Henry; his siblings Oscar Eafford, Rosie (Ray) Lewis, Tom Eafford, Vallee Eafford, Jessica (Willie) Williams and Carrie Eafford; 14 step-grandchildren; many great-grandchildren and a host of other relatives and friends.
