She was preceded by her mother and father, Joseph and Alice Matthews, 3 sisters and 6 brothers. Grace leaves to cherish her memories 7 daughters Salan, Marguerite and Shirley Chapman, Brenda Ringgold, Barbara Nowden, Fedelia and Valerie Fogelman; 4 sons, Harold, Phillip, James (Jim-Jim), Charles Chapman; a daughter-in-law Joann Chapman; 2 sisters Sarah Briggs and Marion M.
