Frederick Lee Ellis was born August 7, 1931 in Chester, PA to the late John Cooper and Rosa Ellis. He departed this life on April 13, 2020.
He was sole proprietor of Rainbow Bar on Kerlin Street until it's closing.
Mr. Ellis was predeceased by brothers Major Lee Ellis, James Ellis, Nathaniel Ellis and sister Anna Ellis Dale.
Frederick leaves behind his daughter, Patricia Caple, his nephew Stanley Ellis, niece, Linda Dale Rylas and great nephew Daryl Dale with a host of extended family and friends.
