Age 56 went home to be with the Lord on October 2, 2010. Fred was preceded in death by his father, Cecil Williams and mother, Ann Wright; siblings Cecil Williams II and Wilma Williams. He leaves behind, his wife Felicia Williams; daughters Dawn Lea, Shana, and Geneva Williams, Shreese Stanford, Rosalyn Matthews; seven grandchildren and a host of nieces and nephews.
