Freddie Barksdale Jr. of New Castle, DE, age 55, passed on Thursday, March 5, 2009 at Christiana Hospital. Services will be at 4:00 PM on Tuesday, March 10, 2009, at The House of Wright Mortuary, 208 E. 35th St., Wilmington, DE. Viewing will be 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM. Mr. Barksdale is survived by his wife, Sonja E. Barksdale; children, Tekoa Dixon, Nickita, Freddie III, Edward and Deshaun Barksdale; sister, Anita (Rodney) Hall; grandchildren, nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
