Age 76 of Wilmington DE, Heaven sent his angles down to give Dorothy her wings she passed peacefully into enternal life Thursday October 30, 2008 at Parkview Nursing Home. She was a member of Shiloh Baptist Church and a member of the Martha Chapter #2, OES, PHA. Mother of Wilbert James Jr.(Mary), Leon R, Deborah A, Theresa M. Stevenson 1 sister-in-law Rosa May Mills 11 grandchildren, 9 great grandchildren 3 great great grandchildren and a host of other loving family and friends. She was preceded in death by her 2 sons Ronald James Sr. and Percy R.L.
