Age 52, of NewCastle, Delaware passed away peacefully at his home on Tuesday, September 4, 2012. He was born on November 11, 1959 in Wilmington, DE, to the late Robert Q. Earle and Bernita A. Earle. Derek was preceded in death by his father, a brother Robert L. Earle, and his son, Derek Gallaway. He is survived by his son, Derek Minor; mother, Bernita A. Earle; brother, Roderick D.
