Wayne L. Cannon, 62, Dover- Passed away suddenly Thursday, May 23, 2013. Wayne was born September 21, 1950 in Seaford, DE. He was preceded in death by his father Brooks, Sr., brother Robert, and grandmother Edna Garvin. He is survived by his wife Alicia, mother Catherine, son Timothy (Melissa), brothers Brooks Jr., Donald (Henrietta), Melvin (Alfreda), Ronnie (Venita); sisters Barbara (James) Harmon, Theresa (William) Justice; grandchildren Darien and Cameron; mother in law Linda Cuthbertson-Lee; sister in law Lynette Lee; brother in laws Steven Dutton and Kaaba Chambers.
