David A. "Doc" Chittum age 36 of NewCastle, DE passed away Monday, March 22, 2004, at Wilmington Hospital. A graduate of Christiana High School, he attended Lincoln University. Son of the late Carlton and Bessie Ashe, he is survived by his wife, Charnelle Chittum; 3 daughters, Charne Ali, Nyla and Ashlynn Joi Chittum. Other survivors include his aunt, Lucille Smith; cousin Shannon Smith;mother-in-law Lorraine M. Coles; sister-in-law Tee Coles; and other family and friends.
