Darlene Ellen Bell

daughter of Henry T. and Bessie M. Peebles. Darlene was educated at Mary C. Williams, Wilmington High School, Delaware-Tech Community College and University of Delaware. She was employed at University of Delaware as a Library Analyst. Darlene was preceded in death by her husband Randolph Bell, father, Henry Peebles and brother, Everett Peebles. She received her bachelor's Degree from University of Delaware and Associates Degree from Delaware-Tech Community College. She leaves to cherish her memory; 2 sons, Michael and Andrew Deloatch; 2 daughters Rayna and Randi Bell; her mother Bessie Peebles; sister, Sherry Brown; 3 brothers Walter Woodard, Andrew Peebles and Jerome Deloatch; brother-in-law, Arthur Bell, Jr.; devoted friend, Kennett Seeney and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, aunts, uncles, other family members and friends.
