Elder Curtis Slaughter, Jr., age 70, passed Friday, May 7, 2010 at the Christiana Hospital, Newark, DE. Beloved father of Colette Ilodigwe and Carmen Slaughter of Wilmington, DE. Curtis was retired from The DuPont Company where he worked for 39 years. During his life, he served diligently for his Lord and Savior Jesus Christ. He was predeceased in death by his father, Curtis Slaughter, Sr.; and Walter James Slaughter. He is survived by his loving mother, Mary Sue Slaughter of Wilmington, DE; sister, Mary Sudler of Rising Sun, MD; brothers, Edward Slaughter of Fairfax, VA, Larry Slaughter of Bowie, MD and Anthony Slaughter of Wilmington, DE; brother-in-law, Howard Sudler of Rising Sun, MD; sister-in-law, Ayisha Slaughter, Bowie, MD; 4 grandchildren and a host of other family members and friends.
