Charlotte A. Russell, age 77 left this world to join the Lord on June 28, 2010. Born in Brooklyn, NY to Ximenar and Otis Brennan, Sr. She leaves behind a legacy of love and joy to all those blessed to have known her. She is survived by her sons, Joseph (Ricky), Anthony and Jesse Russell; her brother, Otis Brennan, Jr. as well as 8 grandchildren; 2 daughters-in-laws and many relatives and friends.
