Charles Edward Woodard

Mr. Woodard retired from Brandywine School District. Recently, Charles was honored at Delaware Art Museum for the Alzhiemer's Association. Charles was preceded in death by his wife, Myrtle Woodard; sons, Dennis and Ollie Booker and grandson, Shawn Washington. He leaves to cherish his memory, children, Eunice Woodard-Deputy (Richard) and Charles Woodard, Jr., grandchildren, Tiffany Woodard, Rykia Woodard-Deputy and Tyron Hall; siblings, Barbara Jean Woodard and Joseph Woodard (Mary); sister-in-law, Lucy Davis and a host of other family members and friends. Special thanks to the staff at Broadmeadow (Warner Unit). Celebration of Life, Thurday, May 8, at 10:30 am, with viewing from 9:00-10:30am only at The House of Wright Mortuary, 208 E. 35th St., Wilmington.
