Age 67, passed away on December 14, 2013. Carolyn was preceded in death by her husband David J. Jones. She leaves to cherish her memories, two children Damon (Carrie) Jones and D. Chanele (George) Moore; 6 grandchildren; mother Jean R. Myer; sister Yvette Black; brother-in-law Joseph Jones; sister-in-law Joan Phifer; and a host of nieces, nephews, other family members and friends.
